 Slender Wolf Snake Lycodon (Lepturophis) albofuscus

The slender wolf snake, as its name implies, has a very thin and long body. This nocturnal and semi-arboreal species has a very broad and squarish snout. It often sticks near streams in lowland rainforest throughout its range, hunting frogs and lizards during the night.
Juveniles are dark brown or black with numerous regular white bands; these fade away in adulthood. The ventrals are bright white white the eyes are dark, almost opaque-like. The slender wolf snake is distributed across Malaysia, Southern Thailand, Sumatra and Borneo in Southeast Asia.
