The jade tree frog is a small frog species is found in mid-level rainforests and limited to Thailand, Malaysia and Sumatra in Southeast Asia. Their back is marked with rich speckles of white and brown spots. The legs are bluish while the flaps and webs at their feet are red.


Jade tree frogs are prolific egg-layers, laying hundred or more eggs in foam nests which they build around leafs that overhang pools of water. Not much else is known about the ecology of this frog species, although it is very common.
